Hi, I’m Maggie.

I'm not your stereotypical therapist. I won't sit silent and nod. I'll talk back. I'll say the thing. I'll be in it with you. Real, warm, sometimes funny, occasionally blunt — but always on your side.

I became a therapist because I wanted the kind of space I needed myself.

I'm someone who grew up understanding the world by trying to figure people out. I was a good listener, a steady friend, the one who held things together. For a long time, I thought that was just who I was — until I learned that "holding it together" can come with a quiet cost.

My own therapy taught me that real change doesn't come from reading another book or pushing harder. It comes from being seen, slowly and honestly, by someone who isn't afraid to sit in the hard stuff with you.

That's the kind of therapist I aim to be — warm, real, direct when you need it, and gentle when you don't. I'll meet you where you are, and I won't pretend to have all the answers. But I'll be in it with you.

The way I work,
in a few words.

  • You won't get a therapist who sits there nodding. You'll get a real person, with real reactions, doing real work alongside you.

  • We're not just managing symptoms. We're looking at the patterns underneath — at a pace that's yours.

  • You're the expert on your life. I'm here to help you understand it more clearly and move through it with less alone-ness.

  • Whether or not 'trauma' is in your story, the way I work is built around your safety, your pace, and your nervous system

I'll meet you where you are.
And I'll be in it with you.
